We are a true Guitar & Bass Boutique, not a warehouse or catalog.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or trials on instruments or
gear. Due to the nature of ordering custom guitars and
amplifiers, please contact us for an estimated time frame of your
order. We cannot guarantee any particular product within a certain
time frame. There are some guitars or amps, that can be ordered and
range anywhere from 4 months to over a year to complete and fulfill
the order. We cannot predict when the manufacturer will deliver that
item and this may place your order in a Backorder status. Once your
order is placed, you are agreeing that you will not cancel the order
or institute a chargeback of any kind through either, paypal or any
credit card company. This is due to the simple fact that we cannot
guarantee when your order will arrive. We have ordered the equipment
for you and cannot have a cancellation throughout the building
timeframe and delivery schedule setforth by the manufacturers of the
same.

Shipping
Synergy
Guitars uses USPS Global EMS and UPS to insure prompt delivery, and
your complete satisfaction. Most items are shipped via Ground
Service, but special arrangements can be made if you have unique
requirements. Call us, or e-mail us if you have any special shipping
requirements or questions.
All US Guitar
Purchases will be sent with Full Insurance. If there is any
Shipping Damage, please contact us Immediately and we will initiate
your claim and help you to get your Instrument Repaired, either by
sending it directly into the Factory or a qualified Luthier.

Cashier's Check, Wetsren Union and Direct Wire Transfers.
